YWAM under water

Hey Everyone, we promised to show you what YWAM looked like when under water with the last rains we had. Maybe you thought we were exaggerating- so decide for yourselves! The rains have begun drying up now, so we're left with afternoon thunderstorms or rains.

This is one of our Jamaican students Denzil. Such a good natured kid- loves to be active, works hard, and almost always has a smile going on

We organized a base clean up day after the event. When the water stopped flowing, it had brought lots of rocks, debris, tree branches-you name it!- and we needed to clean our property

When the water ran off, we realized it had taken a large chunk of land with it, undermining the fence so much people from the street below could walk right through the gap! That looks like a little puddle there, but is actually quite deep, and was still flowing!

Pray for us! While the rain is good for keeping things green, the constant rain and humidity are causing mold to grow literally everywhere! On our walls, on our bed- let's just say we are ready for the sunshine again!
